The purpose of paint correction is to eliminate swirls and flaws to enhance the shine of your car. Our goal is to improve the appearance of the paint by removing between 65% to 90% of imperfections, achieved through an intensive cutting and polishing process known as a 2-step correction.
Certain scratches or imperfections may be challenging to completely eliminate due to their depth, nature, or if polishing is deemed risky for specific panels with low clear coat levels. Our team assesses each situation carefully to determine what can be safely addressed while maintaining the integrity of the paint.
The duration of the paint correction process can vary significantly, ranging from 5 to 20 hours, depending on the desired outcomes and the level of work needed. Even relatively new vehicles, only a few months old, can benefit from a 2-step correction service due to the handling and transportation processes they undergo before reaching the owner.
Despite being new, vehicles often leave the showroom with noticeable swirls and imperfections due to various factors such as handling, washing, and storage. Paint correction requires a commitment to preserving the vehicle's appearance, and post-service maintenance, including proper washing and drying techniques, is crucial to prevent reintroducing swirls and scratches.

Our process
- Cleaning Wheels, Tires, & Fenders.
The detailing process commences with a comprehensive cleaning of the wheel faces, wheel barrels, tires, and inner fender liners.
- Gentle Foam Hand Wash.
The vehicle undergoes a gentle hand wash with a thick layer of foam, accompanied by cleaning the jambs, gas cap, and bug removal from the paint.
- Chemical Removal of Iron Particles
To ensure a pristine surface, iron particles on the paint are chemically removed through a decontamination process.
- Clay Bar Treatment
A clay bar treatment is administered to eliminate any residual embedded dirt and debris, leaving the paint surface exceptionally smooth to the touch.
- Taping Off Sensitive Areas
Sensitive areas such as trim, chrome, and other vulnerable surfaces are taped off to prevent polish build-up or staining during subsequent stages.
- Step 1: Compound Phase (Correction)
Utilizing a machine polisher, cutting disc, and compound, the first step involves safely eliminating a significant portion of swirls and scratches from the paint.
- Step 2: Polishing Phase (Polish)
The polishing phase increases shine and clarity by addressing micro-scratches remaining from the compound phase.
- Paint Wipe Down
A thorough paint wipe down is conducted to eliminate any residual polish residue, revealing the true condition of the paint surface.
- Application of Paint Protection
Depending on your chosen protection level, we apply wax, sealant, or a durable ceramic coating to safeguard the paint.
- Dressing for Tires, Plastic & Trim
Exterior plastic and trim surfaces, including tires, fenders, and trim, are dressed to achieve a uniform black finish without a greasy appearance.
- Cleaning Exterior Windows & Mirrors
All exterior glass surfaces are meticulously cleaned to ensure a streak-free finish, enhancing overall visibility.
- Final Touch Ups
A final inspection is performed on all exterior surfaces, addressing any areas requiring additional attention to ensure a flawless finish.
